That's it! Every order ships 100% free, and we'll email you a tracking number as soon as your paw-picked package is on its way.

Order Processing:
Our team processes and ships orders from Monday to Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address before you order! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delivery Notes:
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses may take an additional 3-5 business days.
- Once a package is scanned as "Delivered" by the carrier (e.g., USPS), FunPawStore is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Order Verification:
We care about getting your order right. We may contact you via email if we need to verify your address or order details before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges (30-Day Window): We hope every paw-some pick delights, but if not, returns are easy with love! Eligible: Faulty/damaged on arrival, wrong size/color, or unworn/unused items. Not Eligible: Used/misused, sale items (unless faulty), or past 30 days.

How to Return:

  1. Email support@funpawstore.com within 30 days with order details.
  2. We'll send a free return label (you cover return shipping unless faulty).
  3. Pack it up (keep tags/original packaging) and drop off.
  4. Refund processes in 5-7 days – we'll notify you!

Color/Image Disclaimer: Colors may vary slightly due to screens/lighting – we do our best for true-to-life pics. No returns for minor diffs (not faults). Batches vary too (e.g., shade of "Cozy Gray") – you agree to this fun quirk when shopping!
